Hesap silme kalıcıdır. Silme işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra hesabınız ve ilişkili içerikleriniz geri getirilemez.
Uygulama içinden silme
- Dexpat uygulamasını açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
- Profil ekranından ayarları veya hesap ayarlarını açın.
- Hesabı Sil seçeneğine dokunun.
- Uyarıyı okuyup kimliğinizi doğrulayarak işlemi onaylayın.
Apple, Google veya e-posta ile açılmış hesaplarda aynı işlem kullanılabilir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden contact@sancak.app adresine “Dexpat Hesap Silme Talebi” konusuyla yazın. Kullanıcı adınızı ekleyin. Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz; şifrenizi hiçbir zaman istemeyiz.
Silinen ve tutulabilen veriler
Talep tamamlandığında hesap ve profil bilgileri, gönderiler, yorumlar, ilanlar, yüklenen medya ve uygulama içi mesajlarla hesabınızın bağlantısı silinir veya anonimleştirilir.
Dolandırıcılığı önleme, güvenlik, uyuşmazlık çözümü, finansal kayıt veya yasal yükümlülükler için gerekli sınırlı bilgiler geçerli saklama süreleri boyunca tutulabilir. Yedeklerdeki kopyalar olağan yedek döngüsü içinde silinir.
İşlem süresi
Uygulama içi silme işlemi normalde hemen başlatılır. E-posta taleplerini kimlik doğrulamasından sonra mümkün olan en kısa sürede ve uygulanabilir hukukun öngördüğü süre içinde tamamlarız.
Önemli: aboneliğinizi ayrıca iptal edin
Dexpat hesabını silmek Apple App Store aboneliğini otomatik olarak iptal etmez. iPhone'da Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler → Dexpat yolunu izleyerek aboneliği iptal edin.
Die Kontolöschung ist dauerhaft. Nach Abschluss können dein Konto und die damit verbundenen Inhalte nicht wiederhergestellt werden.
In der App löschen
- Öffne Dexpat und melde dich an.
- Öffne über dein Profil die Einstellungen oder Kontoeinstellungen.
- Tippe auf Konto löschen.
- Lies den Hinweis, bestätige deine Identität und den Vorgang.
Dieser Ablauf gilt für Konten, die mit Apple, Google oder E-Mail erstellt wurden.
Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast
Schreibe von deiner registrierten E-Mail-Adresse an contact@sancak.app mit dem Betreff „Dexpat Kontolöschung“ und nenne deinen Benutzernamen. Zur Prüfung der Kontoinhaberschaft können wir weitere Angaben anfordern, niemals jedoch dein Passwort.
Gelöschte und aufbewahrte Daten
Nach Abschluss werden Konto- und Profildaten, Beiträge, Kommentare, Anzeigen, hochgeladene Medien und die Zuordnung der App-Nachrichten zu deinem Konto gelöscht oder anonymisiert.
Begrenzte Daten für Betrugsprävention, Sicherheit, Streitbeilegung, Finanzunterlagen oder gesetzliche Pflichten können für die geltenden Fristen aufbewahrt werden. Sicherungskopien werden im normalen Sicherungszyklus entfernt.
Bearbeitungszeit
Die Löschung in der App wird normalerweise sofort eingeleitet. E-Mail-Anfragen bearbeiten wir nach Identitätsprüfung so bald wie möglich und innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Frist.
Wichtig: Abonnement separat kündigen
Das Löschen des Dexpat-Kontos beendet dein Apple-App-Store-Abonnement nicht automatisch. Öffne auf dem iPhone Einstellungen → dein Name → Abonnements → Dexpat und kündige dort.
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account and associated content cannot be restored.
Delete in the app
- Open Dexpat and sign in.
- Open settings or account settings from your profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning, verify your identity and confirm.
The same flow is available for accounts created with Apple, Google or email.
If you cannot access the app
Email contact@sancak.app from your registered address with the subject “Dexpat Account Deletion Request” and include your username. We may request information to verify ownership, but will never ask for your password.
Data deleted and data retained
When completed, account and profile data, posts, comments, listings, uploaded media and the association between your account and in-app messages are deleted or anonymised.
Limited records needed for fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, financial records or legal obligations may remain for applicable retention periods. Backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle.
Processing time
In-app deletion normally begins immediately. Email requests are completed as soon as reasonably possible after identity verification and within the period required by applicable law.
Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your Dexpat account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dexpat to cancel it.
